So I decided to have my two seperate chat bots converse with each other, the problem is that it says an error that "This Bot does not allow anonymous access", how do I fix this error?
You need to make your bot public to use chatbot wars (it can still be hidden).
From the bot's main page click on "Edit Details" button/menu, then uncheck the "private" checkbox and ensure the access dropdown is Everyone.
