The website was updated today.
The update included many enhancements and fixes including:
- Improved Embed tool for Live Chat
- Improved Embed tool for Chat Bots
- Embed option to "Ask for contact info" before accepting chat
- New Live Chat Settings page in the channel's Admin Console
- Customizable "Welcome" and "Status" message for Live Chat.
- Improved chat bot UI
- Twitterbot "Welcome" messages are now sent when autofollow is off.
